This policy covers the Cue server and the Cue desktop app.
Call transcripts, Cue cards, scorecards, follow-up emails, practice sessions and your company and competitor notes are saved on your computer. Audio is never recorded or stored. During a call the app sends audio and transcript text directly to the providers whose keys you added (e.g. Deepgram for speech-to-text, OpenAI or Gemini for cards and scoring), under those providers' own terms.
If you choose "Continue with Google", Cue requests only your basic profile and email address (scopes openid, email, profile), used solely to create and sign you in to your Cue account. Cue does not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
We don't sell or share your data, show ads, or use your data to train models.
To delete your account and everything stored for it on the server, email the contact email shown on the Google sign-in screen for Cue. Removing an API key in Settings deletes it from the server immediately.
